Many things about Bush and Iraq are bothersome, suspicious, and should be questioned. This isn't one of them.

To imply that the capture of Saddam was this carefully timed is just preposterous, but even worse, why now? What is problematic for Bush now that he would need a boost? The problems with the intelligence about WMDs were months ago. The election is months from now. If this was a carefully planned political event, it certainly wasn't worth it.
