Cuz We Said So

Starting this summer, Homeland Security will have UAVs in the air over the US-Mexico border. This is a step in the right direction, I think. The questions then become: "how effectively do we respond once we spot someone?", and, "how many people are crossing the border in ways you can't see from a spy plane"?
