On the other hand, if you want an actual scandal, this seems like a better candidate:

They say:
The spontaneous antiwar movements in the US have received assistance and guidance from the friendly (VC/NVN) delegations at the Paris Peace Talks."Those are the peace talks at which Kerry has boasted he met with the North Vietnamese. Go figure.

Guys that Kerry wanted us to stop shooting at were happy about it. Where's the scandal? I don't understand.
